TIMEOUT (ON A MORE SERIOUS NOTE)

Taking a short diversion from our normal offering I have this...
If you are a teenager or know one i ask that if you do nothing else
with your life please, please follow this advice...
DO NOT DRINK & DRIVE OR ALLOW A FRIEND TO DO SO!

Life is such a precious commodity. Please don't waste it.
I'm posting the lyrics to a recent song from country artist Kenny Chesney
it's called "Who You'd Be Today" and i cannot play this song or
listen to the video without crying. Thinking about all of the teenagers
and adults for that matter who've chosen to take away God's most
precious gift...their life.
Please don't let your's, or your friend's be the next.
Thank You.
KENNY CHESNEY
WHO YOU'D BE TODAY
Sunny days seem to hurt the most.
Wear the pain like a heavy coat. I feel you everywhere I go.
See your smile, I see your face.
I hear you laughing in the rain. Still can't believe you're gone.
(Chorus:)
It ain't fair you died too young Like a story that had just begun
But death tore the pages all away.
God knows how I miss you
All the hell that I've been through
Just knowing, no one could take your place.
Sometimes I wonder, who you'd be today.
Would you see the world,
Would you chase your dreams.
Settle down with a family,
I wonder what would you name your babies.
Someday's the sky's so blue
I feel like I can talk to you, And I know it might sound crazy.
(Chorus)
Today[6x].
Sunny days seem to hurt the most.
I wear the pain like a heavy coat.
The only thing that gives me hope Is I know,
I'll see you again someday,
someday, someday.

Honey, Thank you for posting this and reminding us all the dangers of drinking and driving..

No matter what the age nobody is safe.. and I hope that everyone reads this takes heed to the warning.. Especially the kids..

Now days kids think it's nothing and go speeding down the streets thinking it's fun and not thinking of anyone around them..

PLEASE DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE.. AND BE AWARE OF EVERYONE AROUND YOU WALKING, DRIVING, YOUR PASSENGERS ETC. PLEASE SAVE A LIFE.. DON'T DESTROY LIVES!!!

Robert,

Wow, this is good way to spread the awareness that drinking and driving really don't mix at all!

It's sad that young people or old people who drinks has no judgement at all to stay out of driver seat when they are intoxicated.. They usually don't get killed when they are in the wreck with someone else and the other person dies.. It makes me sick!

Thank you for posting this.. I will tell Justin and Tori to read this..
